It's always a struggle for us to decide whether to laugh or to cry when listening to what passes as political dialogue from the Republicans these days. Admittedly, most of the lies and distortions originate from people who like to identify themselves as members of the Tea Party wing of the GOP, but the sad part is that so many Republican party regulars are afraid to stand up to these bullies and to the few big money donors who back them. That and the fact that so many other Americans have been fooled into believing the far right's lies.
